The Story Behind our Law Firm
Daws & Associates, PLLC—a personal injury law firm—was founded on January 1, 2023 by Joshua A. Daws.
Mr. Daws has always been dedicated to representing the injured against large corporations and
unreasonable insurance companies.
Many personal injury law firms handle large caseloads that ultimately results in the client’s case being
placed on an assembly line. Mr. Daws disagrees with this approach. At Daws & Associates, PLLC, Mr.
Daws takes an outside-of-the-box approach that tailors the facts and evidence to the case in order to
obtain the best results possible for each client.
Even though most personal injury cases settle before actually going to trial, Mr. Daws understands the
value that comes with litigating as the process helps to (a) allow for all of the facts and evidence to come
