Joshua Daws was born and raised in Southeast Texas. As the son of a factory worker, Mr. Daws understands that the things which matter most in this life are earned through hard work and dedication. Mr. Daws earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Lamar University with a Minor in Spanish. He simultaneously worked full-time as a sawman at a steel mill located in Beaumont, Texas. Mr. Daws then went on to study law at The Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, Texas.

After graduating law school, Mr. Daws began working for a large personal injury firm located in Houston, Texas where he gained hands-on experience in and out of the courtroom. Within just a few years, Mr. Daws was able to try cases in Harris, Fort Bend, and Chambers county. Mr. Daws also gained invaluable experience working for a boutique firm that handled a wide variety of personal injury cases throughout the state of Texas.
